Love this place. I don’t swim well but the lifeguard encouraged me to play the flying slide. He explained how I can land in the water better. It’s fun and I definitely enjoy the time in there.

It is not a big park, exactly what made it great. It is easy to find your way around and enjoy your time. The food in the restaurant was great, but pretty expensive. Most attractions are included in entrance ticket price which is ok value for money. Good place for half day excursion. Not enough sunbeds in shade on a very hot day and just 3 waterslides. Water in kids pool looked a bit dirty with a lot of foam.

This is an AWESOME park!! And that is without even going to any area other than the Lagoon (water park). TIPS: Everything at the water park can be paid for via credit card e.g. lockers (90/120 Baht), food, etc, EXCEPT for towels. Remember to take some cash with you that you will need as deposit for towels. That is CASH ONLY. You need to pay 300 Baht per towel which is fully refunded when you return the towels. I made the mistake of leaving my wallet at the hotel and had no cash on me at all. A special Thank You to customer service representative; Luka, who was at the main entrance. He tried to come up with a couple of options to help me out and when nothing worked out, he gave his personal guarantee to the staff at the towel counter to ensure I get the towels even though I didn't have cash on me. He saved me around 2 hours and 2000 Baht that I would have ended up spending just to get the cash from my hotel. Thank You Luka. You made our day. The park has been very well-maintained and was very clean. All the staff were very polite, courteous and helpful. There are water slides for all age groups. In addition to that there are numerous other activities that you can do too in just the pool area e.g. zip-line, cliff-jumping, rock-climbing, paddle-boarding, boating. They also have quite a few scheduled activities and shows. All of this make this water park very unique. There were quite a few people in the park, but it did not feel crowded. There was no waiting at any of the slides, activities or even at the restaurants (more on that later). It's because the area is so massive, and yet it is easy to find your way around. All areas of the park seem so inviting. What is most impressive is that despite its sheer size they manage to keep the entire area, including the water in the pools so clean. Highly recommend using the towel and locker facilities. Also recommend the watching at least one, or preferably both the Water Extreme Shows (at 1pm and 4pm). Totally worth it. Now I read in a few reviews where it said that the food is expensive. It is no more expensive than what you will pay at any decent restaurant in Phuket that has a proper seating, food and service. There are plenty of options (including for kids and vegetarians), the quality is actually good and the service impeccable. Irrespective of if you are a daredevil for the most adventurous of water slides or someone who just likes to laze around in a pool, this place has something for everyone. A must visit if you are in Phuket.
