4 months agoHad a fantastic time at Laguna Golf Phuket! The course is in immaculate condition, with well-kept greens and fairways that make each round enjoyable and challenging. The layout is thoughtfully designed, offering a great mix of scenic beauty and strategic play, making it fun for golfers of all levels. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The facilities are top-notch, and the clubhouse has a great atmosphere for relaxing after a round. Highly recommend Laguna Golf if you’re in Phuket—truly a first-class golfing experience!

a week agoStarting with the positives: Caddies were nice and helpful. The food at the club house is good. Practice facilities are good. Course is quite challenging. It’s narrow and there’s quite a lot of water. Negatives There’s something wrong with the water. The ponds across the lake were filled with dead fish. The smell coming from the dead fish was obnoxious.

6 months agoFun golf course with very knowledgeable and encouraging caddy. There are a few challenging holes with plenty of bunkers and water throughout the course. Well-manicured and greens were quick and varied. Great clubhouse to relax after the game. Tip: when checking in, make sure to take advantage of the practice range prior to your game.

a month agoWe stayed in Banyan Tree and expected a similar level of service at the golf club but poor service by the receptionists at the club. The receptionists charged us for the range by mistake although it has to be free as we bought a package lesson. We took extra time twice to sort out the bills when we checked out. The tennis courts were too sandy and slippery and I fell off and got a big scratch on my knee. I have shared the feedback but no apologies or no kindness to my injury. I asked the club to call us back after 8am and they did it at 7am. We used the tennis court in the evening again and it was getting dark but no lights so I asked to turn it on while we were playing. They said that I need to sign on the bill first for the electric fees, which I am happy to pay but they didn’t ask me about it when I was at the reception before we started. A waste of time. They also told me that I need to change my shirt to go to the range as I was in a tank top. I went back to the room and changed and went to the range and I saw a few people who were in swimsuit ish bra top and shorts or a tank top and shorts with a golf coach. Some good parts are, the restaurant stuff was always nice and helpful, a nice open area at the cafe, the golf coach, Sean was very helpful and good. The golf course was a bit difficult as it was narrow and surrounded by water.

6 months agoMy friends invited me and my family to try this golf club. They are clients here for one year already. Me and my family came earlier to have breakfast. It was pretty good, waiters also were polite(especially Pinky). My little daughter was playing with some equipment(push cart) when suddenly some manager with the name Mod came and took this stuff from my daughter. My daughter started to cry. When I tried to explain to Mod that the club is empty and there is no problem to play for my daughter - Mod rejected and went away. Very strange situation and very unprofessional behaviour. I didn’t meet anything like this in Thailand before. Usually Thai people are very friendly with the kids. I think I will try another clubs.
