This is THE BEST accommodation I’ve ever booked. Pros: - It is clean and tidy, and everything looks new. - Spacious studio and it’s got everything you’d ever need: kitchen appliances and utensils, pots and pans, and bathroom necessities. - Perfect location if you’re looking for a quiet place that is not too close to the busy Patong, yet not too far. - It is surrounded by nature and overlooking the sea. - It’s got a rooftop pool that wasn’t too busy, we got it all to ourselves the whole time we were there. - The staff were just amazing: efficient, nice, and friendly. Cons: - None. It is worth every penny

Ocean Rock is a perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. Conveniently located just outside of Patong, which is a nice break from the over the top nightlife. Ocean Rock provides first class service, amenities, and rooms with full kitchens, expansive patios overlooking the Adaman Sea (views are spectacular), uniform pool with elegant patio seating and Grill. Drinks are available and priced reasonably compared to other resorts that look to charge 2-4X what it should cost. The staff and management are top notch. We had a 2-bedroom suite with a full living room and kitchen. One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed but incredibly affordable. Great for multiple families with kids to have a boutique hotel where you feel like you’re staying at a private villa. Looking forward on going back.

Stayed back in May 2022. Great experience Guy took care of everything and was a great host. The rooms are very large and modern see photos for the view. You are pretty far up the side of a steep hill so all travel should be done via car/taxi no issues with grab. There are not a lot of rooms so running into people was a rare sight it's very quiet. Rooms are cleaned daily or upon request I think the staff are housed on the ground levels. We lost power once during a rain storm but was back up a few hours later no issue. A few cats roam the property they are outside cats but someone seems to care for them.

Went on vacation with my now fiancee last June, and all i can say are positives about the hotel. Located near main Patong area but far enough to enjoy the quiet and relaxing view of the beach. Rooms are very very spacious with modern design. Really clean and the terrace area is huge which i really appreciate. We wanted to stay in more rather than going out since it was literally perfect. Would get the biggest room for next time (since we enjoyed our alone time) and having a pool is great especially for families who would like to relax rather than being out and about. And also to add, not sure if he is the owner but looks to be. He was really really accommodating from the moment we arrived and from the time we left. And made sure to check up on us as well when we saw him. Highly recommend!

Breathtaking views, spacious, well appointed rooms, clean, functional and a wonderful escape from the hustle and bustle of Patong. A hidden gem in the rain forest where you will only hear the sound of distant waves crashing and the occasional Elephant. Superb customer service, absolutely magnificent experience had by our Family. Can’t wait to go back!
