New hotel, worth to stay. If you ever need a massage, there's a massage place next to this hotel with frog cartoon logo in front of their shop door. Worth the 200 baht for 1 hour Thai massage with the certified masseus. They even serve u a cup of hot ginger tea after.

NEVER STAY HERE! The air conditioner in the room has mold, and the smell is extremely strong and unhealthy. When I informed the hotel, they offered another room—but it had the same issue. When I made a video for my own safety (without showing the receptionist’s face), the receptionist threatened: “I’ll call the police! You are making a video with me!” — even though I didn’t show her face. The hotel is disrespectful, unhealthy, and disgusting. I could not breathe properly in the room and had to check out early. They refused to refund my money. They might think they can cheat people and avoid responsibility, but guests are not idiots, and authorities like OCPB, Ministry of Public Health, and the police are always available. Below I also attached photos showing the supposedly “well-cleaned” rooms in 4 stars hotel.

Felt like a basic 3* hotel. Was an okay, clean hotel with decent sized rooms but the bathroom was quite small. The pictures look better than the hotel itself. No concierge, corridors were very hot and humid, although staff were accommodating to our needs. Good location.

I was appalled by the service at this hotel. They need to check your room during check out which takes a lot of time and energy to do. There is also a deposit being placed which the guests should know about before coming to this hotel. They take known currency as a way of the deposit, which helped a little bit. The deposit for two people for us was $50 which is quite high but reasonable in the case you’re getting it back. We however were in a rush to catch a cruise and forgot to count the money from the envelope they kept the $50 in. Turns out we got back only half of that with no notice what so over. I can vouch for our room, that it was left in a very reasonable state with nothing broken or stolen. I do not support hotels doing this and I would advise anyone not to choose this hotel. The location is amazing and the rooms are really nice but the check-out experience ruined the stay so much that I would avoid the hotel if I ever visit again.

Most amazing 4 days!! This hotel is real oasis in busy Patong. Spacious room and bathroom, fresh towels and comfy bed, large variety for breakfast (omelettes are must try), and most cozy, beutifull pool. Don't miss mojitos! Staff so kind and nice and helpful. We asked for late checkout and even got one hour free. Prices in lobby vending machines was amazing. We had wonderfull time, really hope we come back!
