One of the best hotel in Phuket I have stayed in 3 hotels in Patong this eyes closed the best.. services is implacable I even made a mistake of booking the wrong date tun who assisted me in the front desk at 1.00 am in the morning called Agoda made sure everything was done right.. if ur Indian want to come to Patong I will always suggest this hotel compared to any other which might look better but service the this hotel can’t beat any other hotel in Patong

1. Very average of a place to stay for the price we paid. The locality around is not good. Felt shady somewhat. We were two girls staying there. I will not recommend girls especially this hotel for the locality. Even the guests in the hotel were not good. There were more men and the crowd was basically cheap. Felt unsafe. I will not be coming back here. 2. we had an early morning flight on the day of checkout. One of us went down to get the process done while i was still finishing things in the room because we were already late for the airport. The hotel denied checkout unless both the members were out of the room. They actually called me and said to get out of the room. Disrespectful. So this further delayed us for the airport.

NEVER STAY HERE! The air conditioner in the room has mold, and the smell is extremely strong and unhealthy. When I informed the hotel, they offered another room—but it had the same issue. When I made a video for my own safety (without showing the receptionist’s face), the receptionist threatened: “I’ll call the police! You are making a video with me!” — even though I didn’t show her face. The hotel is disrespectful, unhealthy, and disgusting. I could not breathe properly in the room and had to check out early. They refused to refund my money. They might think they can cheat people and avoid responsibility, but guests are not idiots, and authorities like OCPB, Ministry of Public Health, and the police are always available. Below I also attached photos showing the supposedly “well-cleaned” rooms in 4 stars hotel.

Booked for 2 nights. The night before arrival my partner was rushed into hospital. I let thr accommodation know ASAP, so we could rearrange dates. Refused immediately. No apologies, have to pay for full stay, no compassion, nothing! So would definitely not recommend or stay there when ready to do so!! Appalling service!!

New hotel, worth to stay. If you ever need a massage, there's a massage place next to this hotel with frog cartoon logo in front of their shop door. Worth the 200 baht for 1 hour Thai massage with the certified masseus. They even serve u a cup of hot ginger tea after.
