Woovo Phuket Patong

The hotel floor is sticky even after room service daily. Some bathe towel has stains too! This is a 4 star hotel but the hotel staff does not help to bring up the grab food to our room. They rejected our request and ask us to come down and collect ourselves and they did not even call us to come down to collect when the food has arrive. I’ve been to patong at least thrice in my lifetime and have stayed in different hotel. I’ve got to say I had the worst experience here. The only good part about this hotel that it is at least abit sound proof.

Originally booked it for 3 days ended up extending to 7. Loved it! Breakfast is amazing, Gym is great. Service is A+ everything is super clean and brand new. Location is awesome.

The hotel lobby is nice, they offered welcome drinks and a refreshing towel upon arrival. The room is clean with a nice, comfortable bed and a well-maintained shower. However, the face bathroom mirror was broken, but it wasn’t an inconvenience. There was an issue with the door as it wouldn’t close properly. After contacted the front desk, they promptly sent someone to fix it. Unfortunately, even after the repair attempt, it remained difficult to close. Breakfast was enjoyable with a variety of options. The gym is spacious and well-equipped, catering to most workout needs. Although I didn't have a chance to try the pool, it looked nice. Overall, I really liked the hotel. Despite the door issue, it was a five-star experience for me.

Great hotel and value for money. Rooms are newly renovated, breakfast is great, kids enjoyed the pool but could only hang there for 2 hours. Beach is about a 10-15 min walk so its close enough to walk

The rooms could use a good cleaning (mattresses, under the bed). Great staff at the front desk and in the restaurant! Don't be afraid to have Thai food for dinner, it is delicious. Clean pool where you can enjoy fresh juice at a reasonable price.
