    The surrounding buildings/area are not pretty. However the design inside is good despite a very small pool. I was lucky to be checked in by a kind receptionist who spoke good English. Nice and modern room, good noise reduction doors. At the start, there were several technical issues in the room but with help of the same receptionist sending a skillful Chief technician who fixed them right away, however some of those problems returned another day, but a different receptionist didn't understand English well enough to understand (very frustrating!). She kept asking for my room nr. over & over like a robot without moving forward, so I finally had to wait until the next day that the first receptionist come to work! A blessing is a sign about "Cannabis Free" hotel. Nice looking simple restaurant, the first day of breakfast looked interesting with some tasty Thai style food, but from the 2nd day until the end, the warm "thai style" food was terrible (looked very cheap & tasteless), with similar look everyday! There are basically 5 hot plates (sometimes turned off och Cold!); 4 of those are always the same; one- soup, one- sausage/bacon, one- potatoes/beans, one- rice/noodle, Only One with chicken/fish curry was kind of changing with different veggies but totally tasteless and colorless (in Thailand!?). A little chaotic during breakfast, example: sometimes very long queue for the omelette, because there was only ONE man in charge of making everything, so he had to stop frying eggs in between in order to cut up vegetables for omelette. I pointed out this situation in front of the eyes the manager to send extra man, but he didn't care! Almost everything (bread, warm food, salads and fruits) were finishing quickly because they filled them up with miserly small amounts, resulting guests to wait and keep reminding the rest. manager all the time to refill. When it was filled up, all vanished in a second as people were waiting. The manager kept cleaning tables or check in guests (!!!), instead of going around and really "supervising" the overall situation in the restaurant and kitchen and make sure that there was a constant and generous flow of food! Every food at the Lunch/Dinner buffet had a sign to see what you are eating but not for the breakfast, despite asking from the rest. manager several times to think about the allergic people and put a sign of the contents! My conclusion is that the warm food could be the rest from the previous lunch/dinner so whatever chef got his hands on to serve in the next morning, so no real plan for ingredients and no sign. In early time, all these points were discussed with the reception manager (who claimed herself to be the point for all feedbacks) but she said she couldn't promise any improvement after our conversation. By the end, sadly no action was taken, especially for the very obvious situation at the breakfast. If hotel responses to this review, I can't expect anything more than the standard cliché phrases such as being sorry for inconvenience or promising better "next time"!

    We got 3 rooms at this hotel. Friends traveling together. The hotel is good and the rooms are good. But the staff was not nice at all to our group. They don’t know how to treat the costumers. I asked at the night before to have a breakfast box to leave early in the morning. They said I could not request that anymore because the kitchen was closed. I asked if our group could have breakfast 5 minutes before the breakfast time. And they said NO. I waited the breakfast room to open to get at least a coffee and a piece of bread and leave with our taxi because we didn’t have the time to sit and eat. One staff/ manager from the hotel came to us, was not polite at all, and said we could not take anything to eat. It was not nice and we felt very embarrassed and humiliated. We just wanted to grab something to eat since they said we could not request the breakfast box. Being treated like that was horrible. The staff was not polite at all to us. I would not stay there again.

    My friends and I booked into this hotel and there are no words to describe how amazing this hotel was. They tend to every detail, making certain that your stay is enjoyable, comfortable, relaxed and stress free. This is the kind of impeccable service tourists need on their vacation! 👍👌

    The hotel itself is fabulous! The latest tech and comfortable beds with a great maid service and lovely ac Its up Some random backstreet but dint let this put you off The rooms themselves only have news channel on tv, so best to avoid! However there is no cocktails on offer although there signs In restaurant?? , But mainly the reason for not a 5 star stay is there was a misunderstanding about me paying for laundry, which i thought i payed in advance was then sent and proven by the hotel in fairness on camera, albeit the staff were being passive aggressive The thing is it was 360 baht for laundry (paid 10000 baht for 5 nights) which on the grand scheme of things, the treatment on checkout like i would try to shaft the hotel somewhat tainted a lovely stay! I would still recommend this hotel

    Check-in was a little confusing - they say the name on my booking and passport is not tally which is abit weird as i still have my first and last name. The staff friendly was just so-so which I’m ok. 1. Deposit required to be paid 1500baht. Wifi not strong enough. 2. Bed is excellent, toilet is nice too. 3. Aircon abit weird to control remote, but it was fine. 3. Funny that we need to pay for the slippers if we use it. 4. Toothbrush and toothpaste wasn’t provided just FYI but 711 and Too Daily is everwhere so that’s fine. 5. Take note on their local powerpoint so you need to bring your international plug. 6. Location is great, 10mins walk to the beach if you know the short cut ways (behind the hotel!) 7. TV is totally Sucks, we got nothing to watch and it’s mostly the news channel. So don’t expect anything on the screen. Overall, nice experience.
