4 weeks agoThe rooms could use a good cleaning (mattresses, under the bed). Great staff at the front desk and in the restaurant! Don't be afraid to have Thai food for dinner, it is delicious. Clean pool where you can enjoy fresh juice at a reasonable price.

3 months agoWe got 3 rooms at this hotel. Friends traveling together. The hotel is good and the rooms are good. But the staff was not nice at all to our group. They don’t know how to treat the costumers. I asked at the night before to have a breakfast box to leave early in the morning. They said I could not request that anymore because the kitchen was closed. I asked if our group could have breakfast 5 minutes before the breakfast time. And they said NO. I waited the breakfast room to open to get at least a coffee and a piece of bread and leave with our taxi because we didn’t have the time to sit and eat. One staff/ manager from the hotel came to us, was not polite at all, and said we could not take anything to eat. It was not nice and we felt very embarrassed and humiliated. We just wanted to grab something to eat since they said we could not request the breakfast box. Being treated like that was horrible. The staff was not polite at all to us. I would not stay there again.

10 months agoI booked non-smoking room. The room is crystal clean and new furnished. They have halal food for breakfast. Breakfast service is awesome but personally the taste of the main dish is pretty bland. I’d like to recommend to have more alternatives. The hotel is located a bit inside- not on the main road, so it will be good if you like walking a bit. The good point is that it’s quiet because it’s far from the bar areas. Overall, I’d like to recommend this hotel for people who like quiet and cozy clean place with friendly price.
